Terms and Conditions

Refund policy

As a policy, REDNATURA offers all its customers (RIR and PC) a 30-day period to refund their purchases from the date of purchase. If the Client is dissatisfied with any REDNATURA product purchase, the Client may return the product and receive a full refund. All product delivered must be unopened, sealed and must be accompanied by a receipt as proof of purchase. Shipping costs incurred are non-refundable. Those products that are returned due to a manufacturing defect may be exchanged at no cost, if REDNATURA has the product in available inventory, otherwise the Client may obtain another product of equivalent value at REDNATURA's discretion. If a REDNATURA RIR or PC returns more than $ 300.00 dollars in product in twelve (12) consecutive months, it will be a reason for his contract as RIR to be revoked and he/she becomes a Preferred Customer (PC), said product returned will be considered as part of inventory.

Return of merchandise and cancellations

All REDNATURA clients may cancel their contract within three (3) days after it has been executed and receive a full refund of said charges. As of said cancellation of the contract with REDNATURA, the Customer may return any product purchased for reimbursement. The Customer may return products that he or she has personally purchased (purchases from other RIR, PC and / or third parties are not subject to reimbursement) and must be in acceptable condition. Upon receiving proof of purchase and merchandise, the Customer may obtain a refund of up to 90 percent of the net sale price of the original purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the purchases were made through a credit card, the refund will be credited to the bank account of origin.

Montana residents

A Montana resident may cancel their REDNATURA contract within the first fifteen (15) days from the date of registration and may receive a full refund of such purchases generated in this period.

Procedure for customer refunds

All the instructions to carry out the return of the merchandise are contained in the REDNATURA product reimbursement format which can be downloaded through the website or through the RIR Back Office.

REDNATURA has the right to refund any commission previously paid from a product / service sale, if the purchased product / service is canceled or returned or a purchase already registered has been refunded 30 days after the proof of payment was issued. REDNATURA will recover the commission with an adjustment in the RIR commission deposit the following month.

In the event that there is no commission the following month to adjust, the RIR that has received the commission must return this sum, unduly paid for the canceled sale, within a period of no more than 30 days from being notified by REDNATURA of return the payment.

REDNATURA reserves the right to change the prices of products and services at any time and without notification, and in the same way to make changes in the procedures and policies of the contract.

Personal Tax

Each Client will comply with all state and local taxes and regulations that regulate the sale of REDNATURA products and services. Despite REDNATURA's extended customer warranty policy, all retail sales must comply with the FTC regulation of a three-day waiting period which requires regulatory notice of cancellation in the note. The right of three days of waiting for cancellation must be explained verbally to the client and the client must receive two copies of the notice of cancellation.
